Koya's Streamlined Search is an excellent option for organizations looking to fill critical roles that are not appropriate for a full executive search. The costs for a Streamlined Search Service are close to 50% less than the cost of Koya’s Executive Search Service. For one flat fee, Koya Consulting can partner with your organization to provide a highly efficient and cost effective way to fill mid-level vacancies.
Streamlined Search includes:
- Conducting needs assessment calls with up to three key staff members
- Crafting a compelling job announcement
- Sending a blast email to thousands of nonprofit professionals
- Posting the position on the top five posting sites
- Searching our database for potential candidates
- Reviewing all resumes and responding to all qualified candidates
- Interviewing highly qualified candidates
- Submitting up to ten excellent candidates for review
- Conducting monthly phone updates with client
- Submitting monthly Search Summary report

What positions are appropriate for this type of search?
The Streamlined Search is ideal for mid-level positions where there tends to be a large administrative burden and high candidate flow. Typical searches would be midlevel program, accounting, or administration roles with salaries in the $50,00-$75,000 range. Koya's expertise in managing the search process and all of the administrative aspects of the search keep your staff from being bogged down, and keep the search moving quickly.
What is different between Streamlined Search and Executive Search?
The largest difference is in candidate cultivation. In an executive search Koya's research and outreach team will spend 15-30 hours researching passive candidates who fit the criteria of the role and making hundreds of outreach phone calls and emails to introduce the opportunity and convince them to apply. In the Streamlined Search, Koya focuses on evaluating, interviewing, and communicating with the active candidate pool that has applied to the open position. There are additional differences as well. Why can't I use Streamlined Search for executive level positions?
Just as not all open positions are appropriate for a full executive search, not all searches lend themselves to the Streamlined Search model. Successfully filling a senior leadership role requires more time, more research, and more candidate cultivation than can be accomplished in the Streamlined Search.

How much does the Streamlined Search Service Cost?
The flat fee for a Streamlined Search Service depends on a number of factors, including geography, job title, and salary. But typically the flat fee will fall between $8,000 and $11,000. There is also the opportunity for significant discounts for multiple positions being hired simultaneously.
