Koya offers an extensive range of services for non-profits organizations including retained executive search services and organizational consulting.
Although we’re based in the Boston area, we routinely conduct national and international searches. In fact, approximately 60% of our searches are for organizations in California. We have also worked with clients in a number of different sectors. From Educational Reform to Environmental Policy, from Social Services to Women’s Advocacy, we believe that at the core of each successful search is an in-depth understanding of an organization’s goals, mission and culture.
