This arrangement is typically structured in monthly calls with key staff to discuss organizational or personnel challenges. Often the diagnosis of a particular challenge comes to light during a search assessment, but requires more analysis to truly solve the issue. Building on this understanding, we offer the option of periodically helping you assess your staff. Are they satisfied with their jobs? What are they missing? What keeps them motivated and committed to the work? Through the administering of an Employee Satisfaction Assessment, we are able to provide you with a snapshot of your personnel needs and work with you to develop a plan to address those needs.
